BLIND DOG OZZY:  NEUROTIC CHIHUAHUA

"BLUE" JIMMY:  A lot has happened since my last Lakers blog:  Kobe Bryant has announced this will be his last season; The Lakers have won (!) a couple of impressive games; Coach Byron Scott has messed with the starting lineup and The Lakers "Young Guns" (D' Angelo Russell, Julius Randle, and Jordan Clarkson) have started to prove that The Lakers didn't waste their draft picks.

BLIND DOG OZZY:  The Lakers are fun to watch again!

"BLUE" JIMMY:  At the very start of the season, a host of a Lakers talk show suggested that you take a piece of tape and cover the score on your TV screen, suggesting that since The Lakers are not going to win a championship, make the playoffs or win any games, you might as well just enjoy the action and watch how this young team develops. 

BLIND DOG OZZY:  And watch Kobe shoot out the lights!

"BLUE" JIMMY:  I tend to agree.  Quit worrying about how many games The Lakers win, quit trying to compare the Clippers to The Lakers ...

BLIND DOG OZZY:  ... You can't compare s**t to gold!!! ...   

"BLUE" JIMMY:  ... Quit worrying about how many times Kobe shoots the ball and just enjoy the sight of a future great team developing.

BLIND DOG OZZY:  And watch Kobe shoot out the lights!

"BLUE" JIMMY:  That's been the most fun to watch!  While some idiots were saying that Kobe should retire immediately, before the end of the season, I knew he would hit his stride and show flashes of his Old Self! 

BLIND DOG OZZY:  Like that driving dunk versus The Houston Rockets in Thursday night's game (Dec. 17, 2015) --- Oh, S**T!!!  Someone's gonna be on Kobe's highlight video!

"BLUE" JIMMY:  Jordan Clarkson has proved to be consistently excellent, #2 overall draftpick D'Angelo Russell,  is starting to show the fans what the scouts saw in him and Julius Randle has All Star power forward in his future.  Enjoy these games because you're never again gonna see this mix of Lakers old and new on the court.

BLIND DOG OZZY:  And watch Kobe shoot out the lights!!!
